About the Blog

Wow! What a journey it has been getting to this point! I am overwhelmed and so delighted to announce the start of my first blog 'Veracious Living!" This has been a dream of mine for a long time, and I want to share with you the heart behind Veracious Living.

Growing up I have learned so much about dealing with many levels of anxiety, low self-esteem, and doubtfulness. It is so easy to define those trials as "normal" especially in today's culture. But through God's help, (and a lot of my mom's), many, many truths were revealed to me throughout the long process of stepping out into who God created me to be! I will be sharing my testimony, which will go into more details, but for now, I will just tell you that God 100% transformed my life for the better, and I am a different person. The reason I have named this blog veracious living is because the word veracious means, to habitually speak truth, or to be Characterized d by truthfulness. That is something that has proved to be so powerful, and meaningful in my life, and it is truly part of my testimony.

I hope my topics will create thought, and invoke contemplation, bring out anything inside of you that God wants to polish. Most of all I want to help you see your true self as a daughter of the King.

I want to encourage you, uplift you, and celebrate your progress. I believe there is nothing more fruitful than encouraging one another and celebrating every single step we take towards victory. I am going to bring up topics that are rarely discussed in the church, and put them in a Christian and Biblical light so that we can have clarity when situations outside of our normal arrive.

I want to give practical advice, that may seem obvious, but when you get to the core and the heart of it, you realize the layers of importance that it carries. Oftentimes God likes to use things that have always been known as truths to open your eyes, and flip things upside down.

Here is how the blog will be run!

I will be releasing one blog in both written and video format on the first of each month, starting in December of 2020. Both blog and video will be released on my website, and the video will also be on my Youtube channel. I will post on my Instagram consistently, and will get to know you more through that!
